Quick answers to common questions about our printing services.
PDF is best, and PNG or JPEG are fine too, ideally at 300dpi. You can upload these on our order pages, up to 50MB. If your file is AI, EPS, SVG or TIFF, email it to us and we will check it. All artwork should include 3mm bleed.
Standard turnaround is 3-5 working days from when your artwork is approved, for most products. Large format and speciality items may take longer, and delivery time is on top. If timing matters, please contact us before ordering.
There are three starting points. A print-ready file: Your file is the right size, has 3mm bleed and keeps text inside the safe area. We check it for free and there is no artwork charge. A file that needs preparing: You have a design, but it needs resizing, bleed adding or text moving in from the edges. This is from £12 + VAT a side (most files are £12). If yours needs more work we tell you the price before we start. Design help: You want us to create or lay out the design for you. This is £25 + VAT a side, agreed with you before we start. Funeral stationery is different: layout and proofs are included. Not sure which one you have? Send us what you have and we will tell you, free of charge. For business cards, letterheads and compliment slips you can also use our free online template designer.
There is no minimum order value. Minimum quantities vary by product. Business cards start at 50. Postcards, letterheads and compliment slips start at 100. Flyers and folded leaflets start at 250. Posters, banners and boards can be ordered singly. If you need a smaller run than a product page offers, ask us for a price and we will tell you what is possible.
Collection from our shop at 44 Glen Street, Hebburn is free. UK mainland delivery is £14 plus VAT, and free on print orders of £150 or more (ex VAT). Printed mugs include delivery to one UK mainland address. For clothing and merchandise quotes, we confirm delivery on the quote.
Prices are shown excluding VAT, and the basket and checkout show the VAT and the total including VAT before you pay. Most print products carry VAT at 20%. Booklets and brochures, and funeral stationery (orders of service and memorial cards), are zero-rated. Flyers, folded leaflets and menus have no VAT unless they are laminated, and then 20% is added. Each product page and your basket show the rate that applies to your choices. We can provide VAT invoices on request.
Yes. Our online template designer shows a live preview. If we design or set up your job, we send a digital proof for your approval before printing begins. For your own print-ready file, ask us for a proof and we will send one.
Yes. We supply branded workwear including polo shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, and hi-vis. We offer both embroidery and printed logos. Contact us for a quote.

Yes. You can configure and order business cards, flyers, postcards, posters, and many other products directly on our website. For bespoke items, use our quote request form and we will reply with a price.
We accept all major credit and debit cards online. In-shop we also accept cash and bank transfer. Business account customers can pay on invoice by arrangement. Contact us to discuss.
